Situated along the Pingshan Heritage Trail in Hong Kong, this 200 years old traditional Chinese house of captures the story of a Tang’s family. Abandoned for over 20 years, the restoration of the house by the owner, George, had taken over 2 years to complete. Converting into a home cum private kitchen, both the function and liveliness of the house are relived. Playing around with elements of light, shadow and scents of wood, the history of the place has been readapted as part of the future story of life.
